A Perfect Autumn Day

A Very Important Tradition has been maintained this year, that of fetching seasonal squash from a patch where it has grown in order to mutilate it into something spooky at some later date.  This year we went to the South 47 Farm across the water and had a great time.  The tradition we will not be able to maintain is that of putting Sophie INTO a carved pumpkin (see last October's entry...), in fact Sophie is already so big that she just stands on them.
Found one!
After the Pumpkin Adventure, went to Madison Park where we met Mimi, Phillip and Yuki, and Gillian, Basil and Nora for some playtime.  Wait, guess what Sophie did just about the WHOLE time!  Yup.  "Wing!"  Here she is winging it with Nora.
Ducks are going this way, Sophie!
